Abstract: | This paper decribes a procedure for identifying the microvibrations of a satellite from a couple of stereoscopicimages in which are combined residual effects of thelandscape details and those of the platform microvibrations (roll, pitch and yaw). The proposed methods are developed in the case of a push-broom camera using a CCD-line array containing 6000 pixels (case of the French satellite SPOT). The results presented, which use the principle of image acquisition, the nature of the observed landscape and some concepts of surface geometry, allow us to restore attitudemicrovariations in a quantitave way. At this stage, algorithms providing such identification have been implemented and applied using simulated data built from a real Digital Terrain Model on Marseille (France). Our test cases are based on several possible attitude variations. Comparisons with traditional methods are also carried on. | ||
