Abstract: | In this paper we demonstrate how super-resolution techniques can be used for enhanced analysis and estimation of WLAN channelparameters. The analysis method is based on the non-stationarity of the channel impulse response over time. A study of the delay spread properties of measured WLAN channels at the 5GHz band is performed. Our analysis demonstrates how super-resolution techniques can be used to estimate the various delays, as well as the power variation of the multipath reflections. The presented results are validated over an extensive set of channel measurements.keyword: Channel measurement, 5 GHz, super-resolution, ESPRIT indoor radiopropagation, wireless LAN, MIMO, IEEE 802.11. | ||
