Abstract: | This paper presents a watermarking technique, specific to colorimages. The insertion and the detection are based on the 2Ddiscrete wavelet transform, applied on each color components.Three color vectors are extracted from the wavelets coefficients.The insertion consists in modifying one vector for each location,with regards to the bit value and the vectors triplet. The mark isextracted without the original image, by observing the scheme ofeach vectors triplet. This new method has shown to be resistant toJPEG compression, median filtering and noise adding. Moreover,each insertion is weighted by an adaptive strength, obtained witha retroactive process between the original and the watermarkedimages. This process allows optimizing the compromise betweeninvisibility and robustness, considering the local image colorcontent. | ||
